社区服务项目作为社区社会管理创新的重要抓手,已取得了一定的成效,但也存在着一些不足,如项目计划准备不足、缺乏指导意见和规范标准、过程管理和组织管理不到位等。本研究运用管理职能的理念,对社区服务项目的特点、功能及运行中存在的问题进行分析和考察,探讨创社区服务项目的运行机制,以进一步发挥社区服务项目的实效,提升社区服务的品质。
As an important starting point for community social management innovation, community service projects have achieved some success. However, there are some shortcomings such as inadequate preparation of project plans, lack of guidance and standardization, inadequate process management and organization and management. This study uses the concept of management functions to analyze and inspect the characteristics, functions and problems in operation of community service projects and to explore the operation mechanism of community service projects to further enhance the effectiveness of community service projects and enhance the quality of community service .
