目的了解南昌市城乡托幼机构消毒质量,找出薄弱环节,提高托幼机构卫生消毒水平。方法通过现场采样和细菌定量培养方法,对南昌市城区和郊县托幼机构卫生消毒质量进行检测与分析。结果 2011-2014年共计从南昌市托幼机构中采集不同消毒对象标本9 927份,各年度消毒质量合格率分别为83.38%、90.73%、92.25%和94.92%。城区托幼机构室内空气、课桌椅、玩具、工作人员手、餐饮具、毛巾及床上卧具的平均合格率分别为88.79%、97.54%、95.22%、93.42%、94.81%和96.00%。县区农村托幼机构室内空气、课桌椅、玩具、工作人员手、餐饮具、毛巾及床上卧具的平均合格率分别为64.63%、74.24%、73.68%、53.24%、77.98%和75.76%。结论南昌市城区托幼机构卫生消毒质量明显高于农村,提示对托幼机构卫生消毒管理和资源应向农村倾斜。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of nurseries and nurses in urban and rural areas in Nanchang, to identify the weak links and improve the sanitation and disinfection of nurseries. Methods By means of field sampling and bacterial quantitative culture method, the quality of sanitation and disinfection in nurseries and nurseries of urban and suburban areas in Nanchang was tested and analyzed. Results A total of 9 927 specimens of different disinfection objects were collected from the institutions of nursery school in Nanchang from 2011 to 2014. The passing rates of disinfection quality in each year were 83.38%, 90.73%, 92.25% and 94.92% respectively. The average pass rates for indoor air, desks and chairs, toys, staff hands, tableware, towels and bedding in urban kindergartens were 88.79%, 97.54%, 95.22%, 93.42%, 94.81% and 96.00% respectively. The average passing rates of indoor air, desks and chairs, toys, staff hands, tableware, towels and bed bedding in rural kindergartens and nurseries in the county districts were 64.63%, 74.24%, 73.68%, 53.24%, 77.98% and 75.76% respectively. Conclusion The quality of sanitation and disinfection in kindergartens and nurses in urban areas in Nanchang is obviously higher than that in rural areas, suggesting that the management of sanitation and disinfection of kindergartens and nurses should be tilted to rural areas.
