本论文采用ASPEN模拟分析软件进行工艺流程的模拟分析,结果显示水中乙酸乙酯含量为6.17413×10-5<100ppm,乙醇含量为6.17413×10-5<100ppm,且所得乙酸乙酯的含量大于95wt%,符合工艺要求。采用反应分离精馏,充分利用了废水中的有用成分(乙醇),提高了乙酸乙酯的回收量。充分利用了工艺系统中的热能,降低了公用工程能耗,节约成本。
In this paper, ASPEN simulation software was used to simulate the process flow. The results showed that the content of ethyl acetate in water was 6.17413 × 10-5 <100ppm, the content of ethanol was 6.17413 × 10-5 <100ppm, and the content of ethyl acetate was more than 95wt% %, In line with process requirements. The reaction separation and distillation, make full use of the waste water of the useful components (ethanol), increased recovery of ethyl acetate. Make full use of the heat in the process system, reduce the energy consumption of public works and save the cost.
