我国少数民族地区学前教育师资数量不足、质量不高,严重制约了当地学前教育的发展速度。在当前的教育背景下,通过政策保障的立法化、国家与地方财政的大力支持、培训内容的丰富性、培训模式的多元化、完善监督评估机制、现代信息技术的全面覆盖与灵活运用等策略提高民族地区幼儿教师培训的有效性和针对性,加快少数民族学前教育师资队伍的专业化建设,是促进民族地区学前教育发展的重要途径。
