本文在对生脉散进行组方分析和总结心血管疾病的药理与临床用药新进展的基础上,根据生脉散水煎液中人参皂甙Rg_3、R_(h1)含量变化和分离得到的新成分5——羟甲基2——糠醛(5—HMF)的药效学实验等系列实验报道,论述了中药复方制剂中化学成分之间相互作用是其疗效的物质基础,从而使传统中药在临床应用中显示出其独有的特殊性和广泛的适应症,这即是中药复方的特色。由此笔者认为对中药复方效应成分的研究,有利于进一步改善中药配伍应用的合理性、科学性以及成方制剂生产工艺设计、质量控制标准的建立和发掘祖国传统医药有着极其重要的意义。
In this paper, based on the analysis of Shengmaisan and summary of new advances in pharmacology and clinical drug use of cardiovascular diseases, according to the new components of Ginsenoside Rg_3 and R_(h1) content change and separation in Shengmaisan decoction. A series of experimental reports on the pharmacodynamics of hydroxymethyl 2-furfural (5-HMF), etc., discusses that the interaction between chemical components in traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations is the material basis of its efficacy, so that the traditional Chinese medicine can be used clinically. It shows its uniqueness and wide indications, which is the characteristics of the Chinese herbal compound. Therefore, the author believes that the research on the effect component of traditional Chinese medicine compound helps to further improve the rationality and scientific application of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine, as well as the production process design of the formulation, the establishment of quality control standards and the exploration of the traditional medicine of the motherland.
