作为内蒙古大兴安岭林区一个比较大的企业,甘河林业公司近年来从实际出发,以经济建设为中心,不断地进行党的路线、方针、政策教育,扎扎实实地开展了文明单位创建活动和群众性的文化活动。目前,公司已有39个单位被呼盟、林管局、鄂伦春旗命名为文明单位。公司在1987年跨入旗级“文明企业”行列,并被内蒙古林业工会授予“先进职工之家”光荣称号。为了贯彻《中共中央关于加强社会主义精神文明建设的决议》精神,实现两个文明一起抓,一切着眼于建设,从1985年起,公司的文明建设进入了经济建设、思想道德建设、民主与法制建设、科学文化教育建设、环境设施建设的全面建设新阶段。为了吃透精神,力求准确,全面地领会《决议》的基本观点,公司举办了副科级以上干部参加的学习
