目的探讨男性不育病人精浆抗弓形虫IgG抗体与精液质量及精子运动参数的关系。方法应用计算机辅助精液分析系统(CASA)分别对31例抗弓形虫IgG抗体阳性和138例精浆抗弓形虫IgG抗体阴性的男性不育病人进行精液常规、精子运动参数和运动方式参数以及精浆酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、α-葡萄糖苷酶(α-Glu)、果糖(Fru)及其抗精子抗体(AsAb)等检测。结果精浆抗弓形虫IgG抗体阳性组的精浆ACP、AsAb、精子活力与阴性组相比,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。其它指标差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论精浆弓形虫感染致男性不育机制可能系弓形虫感染引起精浆ACP、精子活力显著性降低和AsAb的产生等多种因素引起。
Objective To investigate the relationship between seminal plasma anti-toxoplasma IgG antibody and sperm quality and sperm motility in male infertility patients. Methods 31 cases of anti-Toxoplasma gondii IgG antibodies and 138 cases of seminal plasma anti-Toxoplasma gondii IgG antibody-negative male infertility patients were performed sperm routine, sperm motility parameters and exercise mode parameters and seminal plasma Acid phosphatase (ACP), α-glucosidase (α-Glu), fructose (Fru) and its anti-sperm antibody (AsAb) detection. Results The seminal plasma ACP, AsAb and sperm motility in seminal plasma against Toxoplasma gondii were significantly higher than those in the negative group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in other indexes (P> 0.05). Conclusion The mechanism of male infertility caused by Toxoplasma gondii infection may be caused by many factors, such as ACP of seminal vesicle, significant reduction of sperm motility and production of AsAb, caused by Toxoplasma gondii infection.
