通过12×6个小麦品系不完全双列杂交,对供试亲本及其杂交组合的产量配合力与产量因素性状配合力间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:籽粒产量的配合力相对效应值近似等于3个产量构成因素的配合力相对效应值之和,也近似等于生物产量配合力相对效应值与收获指数配合力相对效应值之和。杂种F_1代的籽粒产量是各组合产量总平均值及其与9种配合力相对效应值(产量3因素的双亲一般配合力和组合特殊配合力的相对效应值)乘积相加的产物。此外,还讨论了根据配合力选配强优势组合的问题。
Through the incomplete diallel cross of 12 × 6 wheat lines, the relationship between yield combining ability and combining ability of yield traits of the tested parents and their crosses was studied. The results showed that the relative effect value of combining ability of grain yield was approximately equal to the sum of the relative effect value of combining ability of three yield components and also to the sum of the relative effect value of biomass combining ability and the relative effect of combining ability of harvest index. The grain yield of hybrid F_1 was the product of the sum of the yield of each combination and the product of the product of the relative effect of the three kinds of combining ability (the parents’ general combining ability of the yield of 3 factors and the relative combining value of the combining special combining ability). In addition, the issue of matching strong-strong combinations according to their combining power is also discussed.
