大型液化天然气储罐隔震体系地震响应分析及经济评价

以山东青岛某液化天然气(LNG)储罐为背景,首先采用ADINA软件建立了LNG储罐三维模型,对隔震和非隔震储罐进行模态分析,然后分析不同形状系数隔震支座储罐的地震反应,并研究隔震支座参数对储罐隔震效果的影响,最后对采用隔震支座储罐的经济效益进行初步评价。研究结果表明:采用隔震装置可以降低储罐的自振频率,减小内罐和外罐的加速度、等效应力响应,但应注意隔震体系自振周期的延长将导致液体晃动波高的增加对罐顶的影响;隔震频率和阻尼比对储罐地震响应影响明显;采用隔震支座不但减小了地震反应,同时也降低了储罐的造价。 Taking a liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tank in Qingdao, Shandong as a background, a three-dimensional model of LNG storage tank was established by using ADINA software first, modal analysis of isolated and non-isolated storage tanks was carried out. Then, The seismic response of the tank and the influence of the isolation bearing parameters on the isolation effect of the tank are discussed. Finally, the economic benefit of the storage tank with the isolation bearing is preliminarily evaluated. The results show that the isolation device can reduce the natural frequency of storage tank and reduce the acceleration and equivalent stress response of the inner tank and the outer tank. However, it should be noted that the prolongation of the self-vibration period of the isolation system will lead to the increase of wave height The impact on tank top; the frequency and damping ratio of seismic isolation have a significant impact on the seismic response of the tank; the use of seismic isolation bearings not only reduces the seismic response, but also reduces the cost of the tank.
