荔枝霜疫霉是荔枝上的严重病害。在离体条件下比较了4种QoI类杀菌剂烯肟菌酯、烯肟菌胺、SYP-2815和苯醚菌酯对荔枝霜疫霉不同发育阶段的影响。结果表明:供试药剂对荔枝霜疫霉病菌菌丝扩展及孢子囊产生量均表现出一定的抑制作用,EC_(50)值分别在0.197 0~1.257 9μg/m L和0.212 7~0.816 0μg/m L之间,而对其游动孢子释放的抑制作用较低,EC_(50)值在4.144 8~7.425 3μg/m L之间;4种药剂在一定浓度下会加速游动孢子的消解,抑制休止孢的形成;对孢子囊和休止孢萌发具有优异的抑制活性,EC_(50)值分别在0.046 5~0.342 4μg/m L和0.036 5~0.187 7μg/m L之间。
Lychee Phytophthora is a serious disease on lychee. Effects of four QoI fungicides, such as enoxims, stilbene, SYP-2815 and phenothiazone, on the different developmental stages of P. lyrae were compared in vitro. The results showed that the tested agents showed some inhibitory effects on mycelium expansion and sporangium production of P. lycopersici, with EC 50 values ranging from 0.197 0 to 1.257 9 μg / m L and from 0.212 7 to 0.816 0 μg / m L, but had a low inhibitory effect on the release of zoospores. The EC 50 values ranged from 4.144 8 to 7.425 3 μg / m L.
