目的通过对汕尾口岸出入境人员传染病监测结果的分析,进一步了解汕尾口岸出入境人员中爱滋病、乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎及梅毒的感染情况,为有效地开展传染病监测和预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法对汕尾口岸的2157名出入境人员进行传染病监测并对结果进行分析。结果 2157名出入境人员中共检出4种传染病153例,检出率为7.09%,其中检出HbsAg阳性者140例,检出率为6.49%;检出HIV抗体阳性者4例,检出率为0.19%;检出抗-HCV阳性者1例,检出率为0.05%;检出梅毒阳性者8例,检出率为0.37%。结论 HbsAg阳性是汕尾口岸出入境人员中流行的主要传染病。加强出入境人员的传染病监测,加大卫生知识宣传咨询力度,提高出入境人员的自我防范意识,制定有效的防治措施,将有力于防止传染病在国际间的传播。
Objective To further understand the status of AIDS, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and Syphilis infection in entry and exit personnel in Shanwei Port through the analysis of monitoring results of infectious diseases of entry-exit personnel in Shanwei Port, and to provide effective monitoring and prevention and control of infectious diseases Scientific basis. Methods 2157 exit-entry personnel in Shanwei port were monitored for infectious diseases and the results were analyzed. Results A total of 153 cases of 4 infectious diseases were detected in 2157 immigrants, the detection rate was 7.09%. Conclusion HbsAg positive is the main epidemic of epidemics among people entering and exiting Shanwei port. Intensifying the monitoring of infectious diseases among entry-exit personnel, intensifying publicity and consultation on hygiene knowledge, raising the awareness of self-prevention of entry-exit personnel and formulating effective prevention and control measures will effectively prevent the spread of infectious diseases in the world.
