通过对 1989年至 1998年 10年间妇产科咨询对象 32 114例进行研究 ,采用两个微机专家咨询系统和当面咨询应答对大家所关心的问题进行分析 ,并提出相应的对策 ,寻找更好的咨询服务方式 ,为辅助临床的诊治工作提供了良好的帮助。
Through the research on 32 114 cases of obstetrics and gynecology counselors in the 10 years from 1989 to 1998, we use two computer expert counseling systems and face-to-face counseling and response to analyze the issues of concern and put forward corresponding countermeasures to find a better Consultation services for the clinical diagnosis and treatment work has provided a good help.
