双语教学为培养高素质的公安应用人才提供了新的视角和思路。但在公安院校中开展双语教学面临着师资问题、教材问题和学生问题。解决这些问题,一是可从具有双语潜质的教师中选派老师进修,引进英语水平高的专业人才和建立双语教学的激励机制;二是引进原版教材和参考原版教材编写教科书;三是创造良好的校园英语学习环境。同时要处理好语言教学与教学语言、母语与外语在双语教学中使用度的关系。
Bilingual teaching provides a new perspective and train of thought for cultivating high-quality public security personnel. However, carrying out bilingual teaching in public security colleges and universities is facing teacher problems, teaching material problems and student problems. To solve these problems, one is to select teachers from bilingual potential teachers for further studies, introduce highly qualified professionals in English and establish bilingual education incentives; second, introduce original textbooks and textbooks with reference to original textbooks; third, create good Campus English learning environment. At the same time to deal with language teaching and teaching language, mother tongue and foreign language use in bilingual teaching relationship.
