目的本文重点评价GLUBRAN-2在治疗胃底静脉曲张出血中的疗效。方法 12例确诊为胃底静脉曲张出血的患者在出血发生24 h内接受胃镜下注射GLUBRAN-2,观察包括即时止血率、早期再出血率、治疗相关并发症,与再出血和死亡相关的肝功能Child分级、曲张静脉形态、预后、肝硬化病因等指标。结果 12例活动性出血的患者均达到即时止血,无再出血,未发生栓塞并发症,3例发生低热,1例死于出血后肝功能衰竭。结论急诊胃镜下注射GLUBRAN-2治疗胃底静脉曲张破裂出血疗效显著,并发症发生率低。 Objective This article focuses on the evaluation of GLUBRAN-2 in the treatment of gastric variceal bleeding.
