随着经济全球化的发展,我国海外市场中已经形成了实力雄厚的施工队伍,但是随着世界各国经济以及政治的深刻变化,海外工程项目施工存在不少的财务风险,而且近几年国际市场竞争逐渐激烈,在实际的经营过程中存在不少的影响因素,风险也是随之增加,财务风险有逐渐增大的趋势。财务风险始终贯穿在整个施工项目中,若是不进行控制必然会导致项目经济利益严重受损,产生无法弥补的损失,因此需要加强财务风险的分析与控制,本文主要研究海外施工项目财务风险控制。

However, with the profound economic and political changes in various countries in the world, there are many financial risks in the construction of overseas projects. In recent years, The competition is fiercer and fiercer. There are many influencing factors in the actual operation process, the risk is also increased, and the financial risk tends to increase gradually. Financial risk always runs through the whole construction project. If it is not under control, it will inevitably lead to serious damage to the project’s economic interests and irreparable losses. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the analysis and control of financial risks. This paper mainly studies the financial risk control of overseas construction projects.
