随着建筑市场竞争的日益激烈,低价中标已经成为施工企业占领市场的惯用策略。中标价格确立后,企业能否取得利润的最大化,关键在于如何进行成本控制。而精细化管理是施工企业在人力资源管理、物资管理、机械管理等诸方面进行成本控制,获取最佳效益的有效途径,是施工企业在激烈的市场竞争中获胜的法宝。结合工作实践,分析了目前施工企业成本控制方面存在的差距,并就实施精细化管理应该着重解决的问题进行了探讨。
With the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market, low bidding has become a common strategy for construction companies to occupy the market. After the winning bid price is established, the key point is how to control the cost if the enterprise can obtain the profit maximization. The fine management is an effective way for construction enterprises to control costs and obtain the best benefits in human resources management, material management and mechanical management. It is also a magic weapon for construction enterprises to win the fierce market competition. Combined with the practice of work, this paper analyzes the current gap in cost control of construction enterprises and discusses the problems that should be solved in detail management.
