47 years ago, December 9, 1959, a pseudo-Manchukuo emperor who was a war criminals, Aixinjueluo Puyi, together with KMT senior generals Du Yuming, Song Xi’ei and Wang Yaowu, were released from the first amnesty. They left the Fushun War Criminals Management Office in Liaoning on the same day and became citizens of New China. In regard to the four extremely informative figures, the Central Propaganda Department decided to send reporters to interview and write down notes respectively on "People’s Daily
