在知识经济时代,旅游企业间的竞争归根结底表现为人力资源的竞争,目前我国旅游企业主要存在员工对企业管理的参与程度低、缺乏完善的用人管理体制、人事任用不合理、缺乏人才培养机制、忽视企业的人文因素等问题,本文针对这些问题提出了广开言路,营造良好的民主参政议政氛围,提高员工对企业管理的程度;完善用人管理制度,提高管理的科学水平;任人唯贤,完善企业吸引人才和使用人才的机制;确立正确的人才观念等对策。
