以‘西伯利亚’百合种球为试材,研究了不同包埋密度(800、1 200、1 600、2 000、2 400、2 800、3 200、3 600、4 000片·m~(-2))对百合鳞片籽球繁育的影响,调查并分析了各处理在繁殖系数、籽球鲜质量、生根数、根长、抽薹率及采收后籽球周径、质量等差异。结果表明:不同包埋密度对百合籽球的周径和质量存在差异显著,以800~1 600片·m-2的包埋密度百合籽球的周径和质量最大。不同包埋密度对百合鳞片籽球繁殖系数及抽薹率未呈现相关性。
Using ’Siberian’ bulbs as test material, the effects of different planting density (800,1 200,1 600,2 000,2 400,2 800,3 200,3 600,3 000,4 000 piece · m -2 )) On the breeding of bulblets in lily scales were investigated and analyzed. The differences of propagation coefficient, fresh weight of seed bulbs, rooting number, root length, bolting rate, and seed diameter and quality after harvest were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in the circumferential diameter and mass of lily seed bulbs with different embedding densities. The longest bulky and the highest quality lily seed bulbs with the embedding density of 800 ~ 1 600 · m-2. Different embedding density had no correlation with the propagation coefficient and bolting rate of seed bulbs in Lily scale.
