利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)研究不同回火温度对屈服强度为690 MPa级低碳贝氏体钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,回火温度对试验钢的屈服强度的影响更为明显,而对抗拉强度的影响相对较小;未经回火时,试验钢的轧态组织为细小的板条贝氏体,随着回火温度的增加,钢板-60℃冲击性能得到显著改善,贝氏体板条束逐渐合并在一起,试验钢板在650℃回火时可获得良好的综合力学性能。
The effects of different tempering temperatures on microstructure and properties of low carbon bainitic steel with a yield strength of 690 MPa were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the influence of tempering temperature on the yield strength of the test steel is more obvious, while the impact on the tensile strength is relatively small. When the tempering temperature is not tempered, the microstructure of the test steel is fine lath bainite. With the increase of tempering temperature, the impact performance of steel plate at -60 ℃ was significantly improved, and the bainite laths gradually merged together. The test steel plate obtained good comprehensive mechanical properties when tempering at 650 ℃.
