将76例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为两组:治疗组40例口服右旋布洛芬片(清芬片)200mg,bid,对照组36例口服布洛芬片200mg,bid,两组均以4周为1个疗程。结果两药均能显著改善症状,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90%和72.2%,显效率分别为32.5%和13.9%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.9848,P<0.05),治疗组显效率明显高于对照组(U=2.167,P<0.05)。不良反应均较轻。右旋布洛芬片(清芬片)对类风湿性关节炎的疗效优于布洛芬片。
76 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group, 40 cases of oral dexibufen tablets (Qing Fen tablets) 200mg, bid 36 cases of the control group of oral ibuprofen tablets 200mg bid, both groups were 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Results Both drugs can significantly improve the symptoms, the total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 72.2% in the control group, the effective rates were 32.5% and 13.9%. There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 3.9848, P <0.05). The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (U = 2.167, P <0.05). Adverse reactions are lighter. D-ibuprofen tablets (Qing Fen tablets) on rheumatoid arthritis better than ibuprofen tablets.
