目的:研究脾虚证大鼠肠黏膜SMS mRNA表达情况及四君子汤的干预作用。方法:皮下注射利血平建立脾虚模型,以不同剂量的四君子汤进行干预性治疗,测定实验大鼠的体质量、体温、摄食量、D-木糖排泄及肠黏膜SMS mRNA的表达。结果:脾虚大鼠体质量增长缓慢、体温下降、摄食量减少、D-木糖排泄及肠黏膜SMS mRNA的表达下调,四君子汤对脾虚大鼠以上各指标的变化有明显的改善作用,以高剂量最佳。结论:脾虚大鼠SMS mRNA表达下调,四君子汤可通过上调SMS mRNA的表达改善脾虚状态。
Objective: To study the expression of SMS mRNA in intestinal mucosa of Spleen Deficiency Syndrome and the intervention effect of Sijunzi Decoction. Methods: Spleen deficiency model was established by subcutaneous injection of Reserpine. Sijunzi Decoction with different dosage was used for interventional therapy. The body weight, body temperature, food intake, D-xylose excretion and the expression of SMS mRNA in intestinal mucosa were determined. Results: The body weight of spleen deficiency rats increased slowly, the body temperature decreased, the food intake decreased, the excretion of D-xylose and the expression of SMS mRNA in intestinal mucosa were decreased. Sijunzi Decoction significantly improved the above indexes in rats with spleen deficiency, The best dosage. Conclusion: The expression of SMS mRNA in spleen deficiency rats is down-regulated. Sijunzi Decoction can improve spleen deficiency by up-regulating the expression of SMS mRNA.
