在文献回顾的基础上将团队互动划分为团队沟通、认知冲突、情感冲突三个维度并提出假设,构建了TMT团队互动-团队效能感-TMT战略决策速度研究模型。面向长三角地区企业高管团队通过问卷调查的方式收集数据,以259份有效问卷为样本进行实证研究,研究表明:TMT团队沟通、认知冲突对团队效能感及TMT战略决策速度具有显著的正向影响作用。TMT情感冲突对团队效能感及TMT战略决策速度具有显著的负向影响作用。团队效能感对TMT战略决策速度具有显著的正向影响作用。团队效能感在TMT团队互动与TMT战略决策速度之间具有中介作用。
On the basis of reviewing the literature, this paper divides team interaction into three dimensions of team communication, cognitive conflict and affective conflict and puts forward hypotheses to construct a TMT team interaction - team effectiveness - TMT strategic decision speed research model. In order to collect data from the senior management team of Yangtze River Delta region by means of questionnaire survey and carry out empirical research with 259 valid questionnaires, the results show that: TMT team communication, cognitive conflict has a significant positive effect on team effectiveness and TMT strategic decision speed To affect the role. TMT emotional conflict has a significant negative impact on team effectiveness and TMT strategic decision speed. Team effectiveness has a significant positive impact on TMT strategic decision speed. Team sense of effectiveness has an intermediary role between TMT team interaction and TMT strategic decision making speed.
