本文介绍了日本国大谷地浮选厂处理炼铜厂转炉渣和炼锌厂含锕残渣的浮选技术。分别描述了这两种渣的性质、浮选流程、药剂制度、设备及达到的技术指标。转炉渣经浮选处理可以得到含铜为40%、铜回收率为94.5%的铜精矿,丢弃的废渣产率达83.5%,铜品位为0.46%,金银也得到富集。含铜残渣经浮选后分别得到铜精矿与铅精矿。
This article introduces the flotation technology of the Otani flotation plant in Japan that deals with the actinide residues in the converter slag and zinc smelter in the copper refinery. Respectively described the nature of these two kinds of slag, flotation process, pharmaceutical system, equipment and technical indicators achieved. Converter slag by flotation can be obtained with 40% copper, copper recovery of 94.5% of the copper concentrate, discarded slag yield of 83.5%, copper grade of 0.46%, gold and silver are also enriched. After the flotation of copper-containing residues were obtained copper concentrate and lead concentrate.
