1.起动前要预热 起动过程对发动机的磨损有很大影响其主要原因是发动机停止转动时,配合件摩擦表面的润滑油膜处于被破坏状态 起动时,润滑油泵虽然同时被带动旋转,但还不能立即把润滑油输送到配合件表面.如果起动时预热不够,发动机温度低,润滑油粘度大,输油时间延长,会使配合件因缺油而产生剧烈磨损.所以起动前应对发动机充分预热,严禁低温起动.发动机如果长时间停歇或更换油底壳机油及清洗机油过滤器之后,油路中缺乏润滑油,此时就更需要对发动机充分预热,摇转曲轴后,再行起动.起动时应将油门放在中油门位置,避免着火后发动机高速运行 禁止溜坡或强行起动.
