利用ERP技术,采用图-词延迟匹配的工作记忆任务范式,探讨知觉和语义表征在名字匹配、类别匹配和不匹配3种条件下大脑加工过程的ERPs差异.研究发现,知觉和语义表征3种匹配条件出现了N1,P2,类似N400以及P300成分.3种条件在不同时程和头皮分布上的差异主要表现在类似N400和P300上.对类似N400,知觉和语义表征不匹配最负,其次是类别匹配,名字匹配振幅最小,三者平均振幅差异显著.知觉和语义表征名字匹配条件出现了早期P300成分;对晚期P300,在前额区类别匹配更正,而在后部脑区,不匹配条件更正.250~450ms的差异波比较发现,名字匹配和不匹配的差异波显著正于类别匹配与不匹配的差异波,前者主要表现在中央区,后者主要表现在右侧额区.研究结果从图和词跨形式加工角度说明概念一致和类别相关具有不同机制.知觉和语义表征名字匹配条件中早期P300的出现为模板匹配和重复抑制的易化理论提供了支持.
