目的:研究狭叶红景天水提物的辐射保护作用。方法: ̄(60)Cor—射线照射小鼠后,检测其存活率、骨髓造血细胞增殖及免疫功能的恢复。结果:狭叶红景天水提物可显著提高小鼠照射后的存活率,拮抗照射造成的急性骨髓造血及免疫功能的损伤,2~8/kg组小鼠30天存活率提高13.8%~21.3%;小鼠外周血WBC总数、骨髓CM—CFU、E—CFU及E—BFU集落数分别较未给药组提高30.4%~86.0%、69.0%~145.6%、87.7%~184.4%和79.6%~167.2%; ̄(60)Co r—射线照射所引起的小鼠血清抗体合成及分泌量的下降入、鼠迟发超敏反应的抑制和ConA刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的降低均得到不同程度的恢复。结论:狭叶红景天水提物有明显的辐射保护作用。
Objective: To study the radiation protection of Rhodiola rosea extract. METHODS: After gamma (60) Cor-irradiated mice, the survival rate, proliferation of bone marrow hematopoietic cells and recovery of immune function were examined. RESULTS: The water extract of Rhodiola sagittatum could significantly increase the survival rate after irradiation in mice, antagonize the damage caused by irradiation to acute bone marrow hematopoiesis and immune function. The 30-day survival rate of mice in the 2 to 8/kg group increased by 13.8% to 21 .3%; the total number of WBCs in peripheral blood of mice, the number of CM-CFU, E-CFU and E-BFU in bone marrow were increased by 30.4% to 86.0%, 69.0% to 145.6, respectively, compared with the untreated group. %,87.7%~184.4% and 79.6%~167.2%; ̄(60)Co Ir-irradiated mice serum antibody synthesis and secretion decreased, rats delayed The inhibition of sensitization and ConA-stimulated mouse spleen lymphocyte proliferation were all restored to varying degrees. Conclusion: The water extract of Rhodiola rosea has obvious radiation protection.
