1 前言电子计算机卡片机选用的表面无裂缝磁性合金管要求具有较高的硬度、弹性和良好的磁性能,磁管壁厚0.15~0.20 mm。采用电镀镍钴磷合金→镀铜→镀镍钴磷合金→套铬的工艺方法,可以生产出符合质量要求的磁性合金管。中间镀铜层具有良好的延展性、韧性和可承受较大的拉力,磁管成型时边沿不易产生暴皮或裂纹,套铬层可增大磁管的耐磨损性能,延长使用寿命。2 生产工艺2.1 工艺流程铝料→机械加工成型→有机溶剂除油→化学除油→热水清洗(60~70℃)→冷水清洗→酸蚀→冷水清洗→浸锌→冷水清洗→酸蚀→冷水清洗→二次浸锌→冷水清洗→滚镀镍钴磷合金→冷水清洗→滚镀铜→冷水清洗→滚镀镍钴磷合金→冷水清洗→活化→套铬→回收→冷水清洗→碱液腐蚀→冷水清洗→热水清洗(60~70℃)→干燥→检验入库。2.2 机械加工
