目的:建立萎胃宁浓缩丸定性定量方法。方法:采用TLC法鉴别方中黄芩、黄连、白芍、木香、甘草;采用HPLC法测定芍药苷含量,色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.02%磷酸(15∶85),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长230nm;柱温25℃。结果:定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显;芍药苷浓度在6.14~122.8μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率(n=5)为97.7%,RSD=1.7%。结论:该法可以准确地对萎胃宁浓缩丸进行定性、定量,有效地控制该制剂的质量。
Objective: To establish a qualitative and quantitative method for Weiweining capsules. Methods: TLC method was used to identify Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix et Rhizoma, and Glycyrrhiza uralensis. The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. The column was Phenomenex Luna C18 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.02. % Phosphoric acid (15:85), flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1, detection wavelength 230 nm, column temperature 25°C. RESULTS: The characteristics of qualitative identification of thin-layer chromatography were obvious. The peony aglycone concentration ranged well from 6.14 to 122.8 μg·mL-1 (r=0.9997). The average recovery rate (n=5) was 97.7% and RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion: This method can accurately qualitatively and quantitatively weigh Wei Zhi Ning pills, and effectively control the quality of the preparation.
