区域联动教研是以团队合作性、自然真实性、灵活性为特征的学习研究组织形式。本文从一个乡镇中心幼儿园教研组长的角度,试图从组建区域教研共同体、完善教师个人成长档案、百花齐放联动教研格局三方面入手,谈谈将教研重心下移、阵地前移到中心村幼儿园,以提高中心村教师专业发展为导向,以中心村教师需求和可持续发展为着眼点,引领中心村教师走“学习+实践+研究+反思=专业成长”的探索过程和体验。
Regional linkage teaching and research is a learning and research organization characterized by teamwork, natural authenticity and flexibility. This article attempts to establish a regional teaching and research community, improve the personal growth files of teachers, the three flowers from all walks of life linked to the teaching and research structure from the perspective of the head of a township kindergarten teaching and research group, trying to move the focus of teaching and research down, move forward to the central village nursery to improve Center village professional development-oriented teachers to center the village needs and sustainable development as the focus, to lead the center of the village teachers to go “learning + practice + research + reflection = professional growth ” exploration process and experience.
