我们党历来高度重视培养选拔接班人工作。尤其是党的十一届三中全会以后,以邓小平同志为代表的老一辈无产阶级革命家,高瞻远瞩,反复强调要十分重视培养选拔接班人。与此同时,党中央下发了一系列文件,就培养选拔年轻干部工作制定了方针、政策,提出了具体要求。1981年党的十一届六中全会通过的具有伟大历史意义的决议提出:“党决定废除干部领导职务终身制,改变权力过分集中的状况,要求在坚持革命化的前提下,逐步实现各级领导人员的年轻化、知识化和专业化。”
Our party has always attached great importance to training and selecting successors. Especially since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, the proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation, represented by Comrade Deng Xiaoping, have a long-term perspective and repeatedly stressed the importance of cultivating and selecting successors. In the meantime, the CPC Central Committee issued a series of documents setting forth guidelines and policies on training and selecting young cadres and put forward specific requirements. The resolution of great historic significance adopted by the 6th Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC in 1981 put forward: “The party has decided to repeal the tenure of cadres in their positions as leaders and change the situation of over-concentration of power. It is required that, on the premise of revolutionization, Younger, better educated and more specialized. ”
