Usine, formerly a Stockholm sausage factory, is now one of the most popular restaurants in the area, transformed by Richard Lindvall. The project is large in size and is divided into six areas: Bistro 38 (bar area), Poche 36 (dining area), coffee area, outside area, reception area and a meeting space. In fact, a year before the renovation, the building was also requisitioned by the Swedish Inland Revenue Department, where it was divided into a small conference room of 2.4 m.
