本文以新三大地带和省区为单位,分析了我国区域经济增长、总量和水平的格局与差距。研究表明,我国区域经济发展总体态势是继续缓慢地走向协调:增长速度继续呈“西东部快、中部慢”格局,速度差距继续有所缩小;经济总量继续呈“东部大、中西部小”格局,总量比重结构差距呈“地带缩小、省区拉大”态势;人均水平继续呈“东西部高、中部低”格局,差距继续呈“绝对差扩大、相对差缩小”态势。今后一段时期,我国区域经济继续加速增长,区域经济增长格局与过去基本相同。区域经济将继续保持“绝对差扩速放缓、相对差距略有缩小”的态势。
