汽油在储存、运输、收发油过程中产生的挥发性有机物(VOCs)对健康、环境、安全以及油品质量等方面带来了一系列负面影响,开展油气回收技术研究与应用对环境保护和资源综合利用具有重大意义,文中概述了北京市加油站、储油库采用的油气回收技术方法,重点介绍北京市加油站、储油库及油罐车油气回收改造采取的技术措施,为北京市油气回收执法监管向科技监管延伸提出建议,为全国范围内推广油气回收工作提供经验。
