通过正交实验研究在铝合金A356基体上进行化学镀镍。结果表明:主盐醋酸镍用量25 g/L,还原剂次亚磷酸钠用量20 g/L,温度80℃,施镀时间2 h时,所得化学镀Ni-P样品组织良好,耐蚀性能最佳。
Electroless nickel plating on aluminum alloy A356 substrate was carried out by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the Ni-P samples with good chemical resistance and the best corrosion resistance were obtained when the amount of main salt of nickel acetate was 25 g / L, the dosage of reducing agent sodium hypophosphite was 20 g / L, the temperature was 80 ℃ and the plating time was 2 h good.
