目的对SF-36量表用于事业单位工作人员健康测量的信度与效度进行评价,为事业单位工作人员健康测量工具的开发或选择提供依据。方法应用SF-36量表对整群抽取的东莞市5家事业单位的员工进行调查,采用SPSS和LISREL软件对SF-36量表的信度与效度进行分析。结果 SF-36量表的整体克朗巴哈系数以及PCS和MCS两个领域8个维度各自的克朗巴哈系数均在0.70以上,Spearman-Brown分半信度系数为0.767。量表结构效度的二阶验证性因子分析模型拟合指数RMSEA为0.071,NNFI为0.90,CFI为0.91,一阶因子载荷标准解以及二阶因子载荷标准解均大于0.30,t检验的P<0.05。结论 SF-36量表用于事业单位员工健康状况测量具有较好的信度与效度,可以作为事业单位工作人员健康测量的工具。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the SF-36 scale used to measure the health of staff in public institutions, and provide the basis for the development or selection of staff health measurement tools in public institutions. Methods The SF-36 questionnaire was used to investigate the employees of five institutions in Dongguan City, and the reliability and validity of the SF-36 scale were analyzed by using SPSS and LISREL software. Results The overall Cronbach’s coefficient of the SF-36 scale and the Cronbach’s coefficient of each of the eight dimensions of the PCS and MCS fields were above 0.70. The Spearman-Brown’s half-confidence coefficient was 0.767. Second-order confirmatory factor analysis of scale structural validity The model fitting index RMSEA was 0.071, NNFI was 0.90, CFI was 0.91, the first-order factor load standard solution and second-order factor load standard solution were greater than 0.30, t test P < 0.05. Conclusion The SF-36 scale has good reliability and validity for the measurement of health status in public institutions and can be used as a tool to measure the health of staff in public institutions.
