本文对摆线针齿行星减速机的胶合机理与判据进行了分析,对摆线啮合的摆线齿轮齿廓上的胶合危险部位进行了理论推导,得到了计算公式。本文还对针齿销与套的摩擦发热与温升进行了计算。最后提出防止胶合失效的若干建议。
In this paper, the bonding mechanism and criterion of cycloid pinion planetary reducer are analyzed. The theoretical calculation of the glued dangerous parts on the cycloid gear tooth profile is obtained. The calculation formula is obtained. This article also calculates the frictional heating and temperature rise of needle pin and sleeve. Finally put forward some suggestions to prevent the failure of gluing.
