为了探讨凤尾菇的抗癌活性,我们自1982年开始,对凤尾菇鲜菇、烘干菇、生晒菇的水提物、醇提物等多个样品进行了动物体内外抗癌活性测定,发现其对动物可移植性肿瘤S_(180)显示一定疗效。为排除粗提物中鞣质对肿瘤抑制作用的干扰,本文进一步研究了去除鞣质的凤尾菇提取物(PSF)的抗癌活性,并观察了PSF对小鼠免疫功能的影响。一、材料 PSF系由一潮鲜菇的生晒干菇经水提、过滤、上清液酒精沉淀去鞣质,再过滤,然后灌封、蒸煮灭菌而成。每毫升含生药10g、4℃冰箱保存备用。二、方法与结果 (一) LD_(50)测定:昆明种小鼠,体重20±SD2g 80
In order to investigate the anti-cancer activity of Pleurotus eryngii, we have conducted anti-cancer activity in vivo and in vitro on various samples of Pleurotus eryngii, dried mushrooms, water extracts of sun dried mushrooms, and alcohol extracts since 1982.
