目的分析2004—2014年云南省学校食物中毒事件的发生规律和特征,为探讨学校食物中毒防控策略提供参考依据。方法对云南省2004—2014年突发事件报告管理信息系统报告的学校食物中毒事件进行描述性分析。结果 2004—2014年云南省共报告学校食物中毒事件138起,累计报告病例5 873例,死亡14例,分别占同期云南省食物中毒事件数、中毒人数和死亡人数的19.63%,28.04%和2.31%。学校食物中毒主要发生在农村中小学,4月和9月是中毒高峰,有毒植物和微生物是主要致病因素,化学物是致死的主要原因。结论农村中小学校应是云南省学校食物中毒事件防控的重点。要切实加强学校食品安全监管,开展对食堂从业人员、教师、学生和家长的食品安全宣传教育。
Objective To analyze the occurrence and characteristics of food poisoning incidents in schools in Yunnan Province from 2004 to 2014 and provide reference for the prevention and control strategies of food poisoning in schools. Methods A descriptive analysis of school food poisoning incidents reported by the Incident Reporting Management Information System in Yunnan Province during 2004-2014 was conducted. Results A total of 138 school-based food poisoning cases were reported in Yunnan from 2004 to 2014, with a total of 5873 cases and 14 deaths, accounting for 19.63%, 28.04% and 2.31% of food poisoning cases, poisoning cases and deaths respectively in Yunnan Province in the same period. %. School food poisoning occurs mainly in rural primary and secondary schools, in April and September is the peak of poisoning, toxic plants and microorganisms are the main risk factors, chemicals are the main cause of death. Conclusion Rural primary and secondary schools should be the focus of school food poisoning prevention and control in Yunnan Province. To effectively strengthen the supervision of school food safety, to carry out food canteens employees, teachers, students and parents of food safety education.
