目的在一个月的时间间隔内先后进行两次营养状况调查,以了解某装甲步兵基层连队膳食营养状况短期波动情况,为指导基层官兵合理营养提供实践指导。方法膳食调查采用称重法,体格检查包括测量身高、体质量、皮褶厚度(三头肌、肩胛下、髂嵴上)、腰围和上臂围。结果 与第一次调查结果相比,第二次人均每日摄入的粮食、畜肉、禽蛋、鱼虾、牛奶、大豆、蔬菜、干菜类减少,减少幅度在2.14%~43.25%,禽肉、蔗糖、植物油、食用菌的摄入量增加,增加幅度在4.23%~38.4%;与第一次比较,第二次人均每日摄入量增加的营养素有锌、硒、维生素A和维生素E,增加幅度在2.0%~28.0%,其余的营养素摄入量均减少,减少幅度在2.0%~27.6%。与第一次体格检查结果相比,第二次新兵的肩胛下皮褶厚度显著下降(P<0.05),新兵、老兵及合并计算的腰围值均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论调查的连队膳食结构存在不合理现象。部队官兵的膳食组成、摄入的食物种类和营养素均存在短期波动性。
Objective To investigate two nutritional status surveys in a month-long interval to understand short-term fluctuations of dietary nutritional status of grassroots units in an armored infantry and provide practical guidance for guiding grass-roots officers and soldiers in rational nutrition. Methods Weighing was used in the dietary survey. Physical examination included measuring height, body mass, skinfold thickness (triceps, subscapular, iliac crest), waistline and upper arm circumference. Results Compared with the results of the first survey, the second per capita daily intake of grain, meat, eggs, fish and shrimp, milk, soybeans, vegetables and dried vegetables decreased by 2.14% -43.25% , Intake of sucrose, vegetable oil and edible fungi increased 4.23% ~ 38.4%. Compared with the first time, the second daily increase in per capita daily intake of nutrients zinc, selenium, vitamin A and vitamin E , With an increase of 2.0% -28.0%. The remaining nutrient intake decreased by 2.0% -27.6%. Compared with the results of the first physical examination, the second recruit showed a significant decrease in the thickness of the subscapularis folds (P <0.05). The recruits, veterans and combined waist circumference were significantly lower (P <0.05). Conclusion The investigation of the company dietary structure there is an irrational phenomenon. The composition of the officers and soldiers of the troops, the types of food intake and nutrients are subject to short-term volatility.
