偏高岭土对干粉砂浆性能的影响

本文主要研究在纤维素醚掺量不变的情况下,偏高岭土掺量对干粉砂浆工作性能、力学性能和收缩性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着偏高岭土掺量的增加,干粉砂浆保水率呈增长趋势,凝结时间变化不大,干粉砂浆3d强度变化不明显,28d强度呈抛物线变化趋势,其中偏高岭土掺量为3%时,干粉砂浆性能较好,保水率达到96%,28d强度为9.3MPa。 In this paper, the main research in the same dosage of cellulose ether, metakaolin content of dry mortar work performance, mechanical properties and shrinkage properties. The experimental results show that with the increase of the content of metakaolin, the water retention rate of dry mortar shows an increasing trend, the coagulation time does not change much, the 3d strength of dry mortar does not change obviously, and the 28d intensity shows a parabolic trend. The content of metakaolin is 3% , Dry mortar performance is better, water retention rate reached 96%, 28d intensity of 9.3MPa.
