学徒制培养模式在康复治疗技术专业人才培养实践过程中,受到医院和学校定位不统一、医院与学校培养主体和分工不明确、临床带教老师人员缺乏,专业方向多、临床与教学老师双重管理等多种因素的影响,存在管理不到位,教学效果不佳等现象,增加了学徒制培养模式的整体难度。本次研究中以康复治疗技术专业学徒制人才培养现状作为基础,对具体培养模式进行分析。
