我厂经过不断摸索、试验和改进,成功地在普通摇臂钻床上采用常规工艺和具有创新特点的成套刀具,解决了电站管板深孔加工的关键。加工精度和表面粗糙度达到并超过了原定指标;其他各项指标也全部达到了图纸要求。在切削效率上,它虽然比数控钻床为低,但由于多件管板可同时在数台普通摇臂钻床上同时加工,所以它总的生产效率(周期)可等于或高于在单台数控钻床上加工生产效率。
After continuous exploration, testing and improvement, our factory succeeded in using the conventional technology and the complete sets of cutting tools with innovative features on the ordinary radial drilling machine to solve the key problem of deep processing of the power station tube plate. Processing accuracy and surface roughness reached and exceeded the original target; other indicators have all reached the drawings.
