目的观察国产分离胶的应用效果.方法对含分离胶与不含分离胶的30份血液标本,分别于室温放置的第1、2、6、8、小时取血清进行14个生化项目的对比检测.结果不含分离胶血清室温放置1小时K、Na、Cl值已开始升高,GLU、TCO2下降,与含分离胶血清比较差异非常显著(P“,”Objective To observe the clinical application of home-made scparate gel.
