目的探讨原发性肠道恶性淋巴瘤的临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法回顾本院12年中收治14例肠道原发性恶性淋巴瘤临床资料。结果该病有较明显临床特点,好发于小肠,尤其回肠多见,常表现为腹泻和便血,不明原由的反复高热,用抗生素治疗无效,易发生肠套叠或肠梗阻,放射学检查肠壁有动脉瘤样改变。对其治疗原则是争取原发灶根治切除。根治切除困难时亦做姑息性切除,再辅助化疗、放疗,以提高患者远期生存力。结论肠道恶性淋巴瘤有较典型临床表现,只要重视考虑全面,诊断治疗不十分困难。 Objective To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of primary intestinal malignant lymphoma. Methods The clinical data of 14 cases of primary intestinal malignant lymphoma treated in our hospital during 12 years were retrospectively reviewed. Results The disease has more obvious clinical features, occurs in the small intestine, especially in the ileum more common, often manifested as diarrhea and blood in the stool, unknown causes of repeated high fever, with antibiotic therapy ineffective, prone to intussusception or intestinal obstruction, radiological examination of intestine Wall aneurysm-like changes. Its treatment principle is to strive for radical resection of the primary stove. Radical excision difficulties are also done palliative resection, and then adjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy, in order to improve the long-term viability of patients. Conclusions There are more typical clinical manifestations of intestinal lymphoma, as long as the importance of comprehensive consideration, diagnosis and treatment is not very difficult.
