1概论智慧城市的形成源于一种新型技术模式的应用,这种模式是基于离散的传感器在数据传输网络中的应用。依此方向发展,我们会逐步改变诸多互不兼容、彼此独立的专用系统模式,从而获得一个崭新的、灵活的模式,而这正是基于物联网、云计算和分布式应用的概念。这种转变的作用将会减少业主和住户的费用支出以及每年的运营成本,并且改善楼宇的运行性能。
1 Introduction The formation of a smart city stems from the application of a new technology model based on the application of discrete sensors in data transmission networks. In this direction, we will gradually change a number of mutually exclusive, independent of each other’s proprietary system model, so as to get a new, flexible model, which is based on the concept of things, cloud computing and distributed applications. The effect of such a shift will be to reduce the expenses for owners and households as well as the annual operating costs and to improve the performance of buildings.
