由于项目体量大、工期紧,若干工程在主楼接近封顶时,车库设计才陆续调整完毕,致使车库不能对称回填。本方案以《建筑地基基础设计规范》为依据,建立力学模型对郑坑2#楼进行分析计算。计算结果表明:承载力满足要求;回填土侧压力系数随固结度而增大,最终趋于与周边土一致;在单侧回填时,应要求不做分层夯实、不用灰土回填。
Due to the large project size and tight schedule, some of the projects were completed in the main building when the main building approached the ceiling.
