目的了解浙江省各级疾病预防控制机构(疾控机构)公共场所卫生检验检测资源配置现状及能力。方法对浙江省79家疾控机构的检验资质、检验检测能力、仪器设备和人员等方面进行问卷调查。结果 79家疾控机构实验室均通过省级实验室资质认定,公共场所卫生检验项目平均开展率为85.53%,计量认证通过率79.75%;公共场所监测仪器设备1 857件,平均每单位配置23.51件,18种监测仪器设备平均配置率为71.80%;从事公共场所检验检测工作人员1 000人,其中初级职称311人,中级职称449人,高级职称240人。结论浙江省疾控机构公共场所检测项目的计量认证通过率有待提高,公共场所检测仪器设备装备及检验能力总体水平较低且发展不均衡,公共场所卫生检测实验室建设需进一步加强。
Objective To understand the status quo and capacity of health inspection resources in public places of disease prevention and control agencies (disease control agencies) in Zhejiang Province. Methods Questionnaire investigation was carried out on the inspection qualification, inspection and testing ability, equipment and personnel of 79 CDCs in Zhejiang Province. Results 79 CDC laboratories passed the provincial laboratory accreditation. The average rate of public health examination projects was 85.53% and the passing rate of measurement and certification was 79.75%. There were 1 857 pieces of public place monitoring instruments and equipment with an average configuration of 23.51 The average configuration rate of 18 kinds of monitoring instruments and equipment was 71.80%. There were 1 000 people engaged in inspection and testing of public places, including 311 junior titles, 449 intermediate titles and 240 senior titles. Conclusion The passing rate of measurement certification in public places in Zhejiang CDC needs to be improved. The overall level of equipment and testing ability in testing facilities in public places is low and the development is not balanced. The construction of public health laboratory should be further strengthened.
