目前,我省集市贸易情况发生了较大的变化,原来征收集市交易税的范围,有些与当前情况不完全相适应,需要加以调整。现根据财政部财税王字第73号通知精神,结合我省具体情,对牲猪集市交易税暂时停征。至于其他征收集市交易税的个别品种,如有特殊原因需要在税收上给予照顾的,可由各地报请省财政厅批准,给予减免照顾。
