面对我国近年来的情形,法治中国的不断推进,宪法的作用被摆在了突出位子。宪法的作用也越来越重要,建立完善的违宪审查制度也越来越重要。而与此同时西方国家的违宪审查制度日益完善。本文通过研究违宪审查制度,并根据我国国情对构建违宪审查制度提出相关的建议。并希望我国早日实现违宪审查的制度立法。
Faced with the situation in our country in recent years, with the continuous promotion of the rule of law in China, the role of the constitution has been placed in a prominent position. The role of the constitution is also becoming more and more important. It is also more and more important to establish a sound system of constitutional review. At the same time, the system of constitutional review in western countries is getting more and more perfect. This article studies the system of unconstitutional censorship and puts forward relevant suggestions on how to construct the system of review of constitutionality in light of China’s national conditions. And I hope our country will soon realize the constitutional review of the system legislation.
